Who else can spot two GOATs?

Batting great Sachin Tendulkar has been enjoying his time with his family in ‘paradise on earth’ Kashmir. The former India skipper continuously has been updating his fans by posting pictures all across his social media platforms.

Sachin Tendulkar shared a post with his family, enjoying the snowfall in Pahalgham. The batting great shared pictures with his wife Anjali and daughter Sara. He also shared one picture with the animal goat and that caught the attention of many.

However, Shikhar Dhawan stole the limelight with his comment on Sachin Tendulkar’s post. Reacting to the batting great’s picture with a goat, the Punjab Kings skipper posted a comment that went viral on the internet as soon as he posted it on his Twitter account.

Here’s Shikhar Dhawan’s comment on the post:

Sachin Tendulkar is arguably the best batter in the history of the cricket. It’s fair to say that the game of cricket is popular because of him as he holds a very high place when it comes to the game. He is rated highly and is called as God of Cricket.

Many young as well as senior players idolize him, which speaks a lot about his career. The batter has shown the way to various players how to approach their game. He is still the leading run-getter in the history of the cricket.

Sachin Tendulkar played cricket for 24 years and scored 34,357 across the formats to go with 100 centuries. The Mumbaikar has clinched almost every record to his name, some of which are still unbroken. Wherever he goes, chants of “Sachin Sachin” surround him, which speaks nothing but his popularity as a sportsperson.

Shikhar Dhawan to be next seen in action during the IPL 2024

Shikhar Dhawan will be next seen in action during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. He will be captaining Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the league and would be hoping to take his team to their first-ever title win in the history of the league.

Shikhar Dhawan was decent as a skipper last year and also led from the front. The batter played some sensational knocks and was among the top batters in the league. This time around, the spotlight will be on him as he has been sidelined from the Indian side.

The rise of young openers in Ishan Kishan, Shubman Gill, and Ruturaj Gaikwad closed the doors for him. The batter was dropped from the ODI team after the Bangladesh ODIs in 2022. The opening batter failed drastically and had an average of just 34.40 in the 50-over games in 2022. The ongoing IPL 2024 will be an opportunity for him to prove his worth and show selectors that he is still capable of something.
