Mivi Customer Care and Warranty Department are Worst

Mivi is an Indian company that sells earphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other things. I have purchased Mivi Collar Classic Neckband on Sep 3, 2021, from Flipkart. The product has a warranty of one year. But in the month of January one side earphone stopped working for this I created a warranty ticket by e-mail and provided all the details to Mivi customer care on 14 January.

Another thing is that to know the status of the ticket I have call to Mivi customer care and wait for almost 12 to 15 minutes minimum every time. Every time the customer care person picks up the phone and tells you that your product would be picked up tomorrow. The same thing happened many times. I have wasted almost 3 hrs in the call waiting line from the date of token registration.

After almost fourteen days on 28 January, my product was been picked up from the location that I have provided. Today Is 5 February I called customer care and again I have to wait almost 12 minutes to pick up the call this time customer care person told me that it will take more than 7 to 14 days. This means I have to wait almost a month for simple warranty-related issues. I have another pair of earphones so I can still manage it. If anyone does not have extra money to buy another earphone what he or she should do if they require the earphone. So, I request not to buy any product from Mivi because if you want to claim the warranty you have to contact Mivi customer care again and again and it will only take your time.
